Corporate Lawyer Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to provide expert legal guidance to clients on corporate law, contract and agreement drafting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking all activities of a legal adviser, including drafting contracts, letters of advice, legal opinions, and other legal acts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert legal guidance to clients on corporate law and contract drafting;
  • To undertake all activities of a legal adviser, including drafting contracts, letters of advice, legal opinions, and other legal acts;
  • To set up companies for our clients and liaise with government agencies;
  • To apply for visas, employment passes, and deal with immigration issues;
  • To research and prepare documents related to business activities concerned;
  • To manage registration process and liaise with the government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory registrations and filings required;

Requirements:

  • Holds a Master Degree of Law or a Bachelor of Laws with at least five years relevant work experience;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards building a career as a Senior Legal Adviser;
  • The ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail;
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
  • Self-motivated and committed to self-improvement;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
