About the Role

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is a leading sports media and entertainment company, seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail and licensing team, you will be responsible for managing the retail, licensing, and merchandise programs for the Perth Wildcats and other SEN teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Grow Retail Range: Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue through the development of new retail products and ranges.
  • Manage Retail Product and Uniform Development: Oversee the design, production, and distribution of retail products and uniforms, ensuring high-quality and on-brand merchandise.
  • Manage E-commerce Platform: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage Team Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Team Store, including point of sale, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Manage Game Day Merchandise Outlets: Coordinate the setup and operation of game day merchandise outlets, ensuring seamless sales and service delivery.
  • Manage Merchandise Casual Staff: Supervise and train casual staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Requirements
