**Job Overview**


The role of Senior Complaints Officer involves driving positive improvements for individuals receiving aged care, their supporters and service providers. Senior Complaints Officers utilize desk-based investigations, facilitated discussions, meetings or site visits to resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner. Our complaints teams aim to resolve complaints impartially, achieving positive outcomes for older people and enhancing their aged care experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Analyzing and interpreting information to identify concerns and develop options for resolution.
  • Managing high caseloads involving complex and sensitive subject matter and competing priorities.
  • Accurately recording information including detailed file notes, risk assessments, referrals, recommendations and escalation briefs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong customer outcome focus and be able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Additionally, you will need to be able to maintain accurate records and produce high-quality correspondence that meets administrative decision-making requirements.
