About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining complex system of systems architecture and infrastructure for our mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Infrastructure Solutions: Define and propose innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and are compliant with our business' product/system technical strategy.
  • Infrastructure Architecture and Technical Choices: Analyze and ensure the best trade-off between customer requirements, technical solutions, cost, and risk.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Engage with customers and key internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in similar positions on projects delivering complex software-centric real-time systems.
  • Infrastructure and Network Architecture: 6+ years of demonstrated experience in the design of infrastructure and network architectures.
  • Secure Solution Architectures: Demonstrated experience in the design of secure solution architectures inline with security standards and policies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience with collective decisions and conflict resolutions, as well as the ability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives.
