About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining complex mission-critical systems that meet customer requirements and are compliant with our business' product/system technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and propose innovative technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business strategy
  • Analyse infrastructure architectural and technical choices to ensure the best trade-off between customer requirements, technical solutions, cost, and risk
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in similar positions on projects delivering complex software-centric real-time systems
  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience in the design of infrastructure and network architectures
  • Demonstrated experience in designing secure solution architectures aligned with security standards and policies
  • Experience with collective decision-making and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives
