Job Title

We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Support Engineer to join our team.

This role involves providing product, engineering, and application support to service existing clients including periodic system and application health checks, performance analyses, and develop reports to document findings, and follow-up on recommendations to sustain and maximise the value of our applications.

The scope of applications ranges from diagnostic and predictive to closed-loop control. The work is demanding and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including system and application health checks, performance analyses, and report development.
  • Support market development activities and participate in sales closure activities as requested.
  • Collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or other engineering disciplines with a heavy focus on modelling, statistics, or process control.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • 5+ years of experience as a process or control engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Interest in automation, process control, and advanced model-predictive applications.
