This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves providing support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living. The Disability Support Worker will be working closely with clients, helping them maintain independence and participate fully in the community.

In this role you will be required to provide direct support across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance. You will also assist customers to access and have a positive connection to the community, as well as working in supported independent living accommodation settings to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for customers.

The ideal candidate will possess resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential to develop positive relationships with clients, carers and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to be able to obtain an NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement, use computers and learn a variety of software/programs, and have a current Australian Driver's Licence.
