Job Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the implementation of individualized supports within supported independent living settings. You will enhance the knowledge and abilities of our Support Worker team to ensure a person-centered culture.

You will provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as helping customers access and connect with the community.

This position ensures the operation of independent living settings while providing leadership and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers to support and develop their skills.

This role is an opportunity to work in a reputable disability support service, providing essential care and support to enrich the lives of our customers. We employ over 1400 staff across VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, and TAS.
