Overview:This role is focused on defining business requirements and working closely with clients to ensure they are maximising their software investment.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients in identifying and prioritising business needs.
- Support clients with implementing technology solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer requirements and the capabilities of our software.
- Work with resources to ensure the client is getting the most value from their system.
- Create change requests where enhancements are required.
- 2+ years' experience in business systems consulting or a similar field.
- Proven ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work within a team environment.
- TechnologyOne financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management/Project Lifecycle Management or Property and Rating skills are highly preferred.
