We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Forecasting: Prepare accurate and detailed revenue forecasts for hotel rooms revenue by market segment, including weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, taking into account market intelligence, buying patterns, and seasonal trends.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure that available technology (PMS & RMS) is fully utilized and understood according to the property-specific business mix and requirements.
- Performance Measurement: Measure performance on all distribution channels to ensure that fair market share is well achieved.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, including forecast and actuals, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree in hotel management or finance.
- Experience: 2 years revenue and yield experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Familiarity with hotel operations, available technology (PMS & RMS), and all distribution channels. Understanding of the dynamics of regional & local markets, as well as local competitors and events.
