You will work closely with our executive team to manage risk, protect our interests, and ensure we continue to operate with the highest legal and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee agreements, rights, insurance, and regulatory adherence
  • Manage risk and safeguard our organization's interests
  • Provide oversight on HR regulatory matters and support positive workplace practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years in-house or corporate advisory legal role
  • Proven expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with intellectual property and insurance law
  • Exposure to employment law and HR compliance
