Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a safe and efficient day-to-day distribution operation, exceeding internal and external customer requirements and expectations by adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Manage workflow and supervise work output across the distribution centre, ensuring all procedures and deadlines are met accurately and on time.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the successful execution of daily tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize inventory control, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of inventory levels and movements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong background in inventory control process management, WMS software, RF Scanning, and other technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
