Service Team Member

Michaels est à la recherche d'un Service Team Member pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous serez responsable de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients, de gérer les opérations de magasin et de contribuer à la réussite de notre équipe.

Responsabilités
  • Fournir un service de haute qualité aux clients, répondre à leurs besoins et résoudre leurs problèmes.
  • Gérer les opérations de magasin, y compris la gestion des stocks, la présentation des produits et la maintenance du magasin.
  • Travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et de service.
  • Participer à la formation et au développement des compétences de l'équipe.
  • Autres tâches assignées en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.
Compétences et Qualités
  • Expérience de vente au détail ou de service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à gérer le stress.
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à s'adapter à de nouvelles situations.
  • Autres compétences et qualités souhaitées en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.
Exigences Physiques
  • Habileté à rester debout pendant de longues périodes.
  • Habileté à se déplacer dans le magasin.
  • Se courber, soulever, transporter, atteindre et s'étirer fréquemment.
  • Soulever des boîtes lourdes et accéder à des étagères élevées à l'aide d'une échelle ou d'un équipement similaire.
  • Autres exigences physiques en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.
Environnement de Travail
  • Environnement de magasin de détail public à prendre soin des clients.
  • Toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées.
  • Quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés.
  • Il se peut que du travail à l'extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions).
  • Autres caractéristiques de l'environnement de travail en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.
