About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas
  • Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service and scanning groceries
