About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a consistent and fresh customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and display a wide range of products, including meats, cheeses, and antipasto
  • Ensure product quality and freshness, performing regular date checks and maintaining high food safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
