HR Administrator Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR professional to join our organisation.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and collaborate closely with the HR team, based across multiple sites on the Mornington Peninsula.

Key responsibilities include drafting employment contracts, processing new starter and employment paperwork, liaising with payroll services, managing HR databases, and providing expert advice on policies to staff members.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as outstanding confidentiality and trustworthiness. Experience working in fast-paced environments and high-capacity admin roles is highly regarded.

A qualification in Human Resources would be well regarded, as would experience working in dynamic administrative settings.
