Job Title: Support Services Associate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Services Associate, where you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams in monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Contribute to process improvements by undertaking various project/program support activities, enhancing day-to-day operations and achieving agreed outcomes.
- Provide administrative and support services including records management, correspondence, meetings, event coordination, and responding to customer enquiries.
- Update and maintain records and databases to support projects, policies, and other initiatives.
