Support Services Associate

The Support team is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, coordination of events and internal communications.

  • Events coordination: Planning and coordination of internal events linked to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Wellbeing, Community Charity and Corporate initiatives.
  • Facilities administration: Support the Manager with sustainability reporting and initiatives, Business memberships and subscriptions.
  • Office Administration: Provide ad hoc administration support for Support Services and Human Resources.

Key skills required include experience with event planning, providing support to senior leaders in a corporate environment, strong administrative and organisational skills, and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

This role involves working closely with the Manager and other teams, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
