Job Title: Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. This is a key role that involves supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Family Store.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in managing store operations, including retail, administrative, and recycling tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the store, including shop floor, fitting rooms, registers, and beyond.
  • Assist in processing donations, ensuring stock is well-presented and priced correctly.
  • Open and close the store, following established procedures.
  • Handle cash securely and complete banking tasks as needed.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members and support the supervision of staff.

Requirements:
  • Solid customer service experience in a retail environment.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly regarded.
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness to carry out daily tasks.
