About the Role:
Our Hotel Services, Stores and Cleaning Supervisor, plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of cleaning, store management, and overall housekeeping services within our residential care facility. Based at Fullarton, this position ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at our site, while maintaining the highest levels of service for our consumers and residents. Key responsibilities include:

- Manage stock ordering, receipt, and documentation, assisting with audits.
- Provide high-quality cleaning services and operate specialised equipment.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain chemical safety, waste removal, and recycling practices.
- Respond to requests and maintain privacy, dignity, and professionalism.
- Assist with staff training, administration, and continuous improvement efforts.
