**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring smooth performance and outstanding guest service.
- Lead with a hands-on approach – supporting the front desk, restaurant, and maintenance when needed.
- Be available on-site and off-site for issue resolution and crisis management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, duty of care, and operational standards.
- Support the General Manager with budgeting, forecasting, financial admin, and audits.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting across departments, proactively managing payroll costs and COGs.
- Participate in revenue, marketing, and F&B meetings to drive strategy and execution.
- Plan property improvements and assist in preparing detailed CAPEX documentation for stakeholder approval.
- Uphold strict food safety standards and support kitchen and F&B teams in quality assurance.
- Manage rosters and timesheets aligning to HIGA guidelines and payroll deadlines.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
- Foster team communication through daily briefings and monthly meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all hotel areas.
- Ensure brand standards are upheld across Rooms and F&B, delivering on brand promises.
- Oversee the planning and execution of conferences and events, ensuring coordination and client satisfaction.
- Champion the use of TFE systems.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A passion for Arts, Style, and Culture with a genuine flair.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, Conference and Events, and Rooms Division.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and technology platforms.
