  • Manage rosters and timesheets aligning to HIGA guidelines and payroll deadlines.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
  • Foster team communication through daily briefings and monthly meetings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all hotel areas.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across Rooms and F&B, delivering on brand promises.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of conferences and events, ensuring coordination and client satisfaction.
  • Champion the use of TFE systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A passion for Arts, Style, and Culture with a genuine flair.
  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, Conference and Events, and Rooms Division.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and technology platforms.
