About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Front Office management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
