Talent International is seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Specialist to contribute to a major infrastructure project in the Renewables Industry.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage daily construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services and interpretation of designs for implementation in construction projects.
  • Create, monitor, and control project schedules.
  • Plan and implement site establishment activities, ensuring compliance with site-specific and contract requirements, including location, fencing, signage, environmental, and traffic conditions.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, maintaining a risk register and initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage changes to scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Analyze variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, and highlight significant operational performance issues to management.


Requirements:




  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field are essential.
  • Practical knowledge in investigation, design, and construction of civil works.
  • Well-developed communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Personal flexibility to operate in a dynamic work environment.
