Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Bookings and Scheduling: The Office Coordinator is responsible for scheduling room bookings as required.
  • Customer Service: Welcoming clients, visitors, and internal employees is a key aspect of this role.
  • Maintenance and Inventory Management: Maintaining office equipment and inventory, including kitchen and bathroom supplies, is crucial.
  • Event Support: Supporting events, meetings, and conferencing needs is also a part of this role.
  • Onboarding: Onboarding new starters with IT, including assigning equipment and seating arrangements, is a critical task.
  • Process Improvement: The Office Coordinator is expected to identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Qualifications or Experience: The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
