Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PR professional to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and lifestyle media, with excellent writing, communication, and social media skills.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Media Liaison: Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts across sport, fitness, and general news/broadcast.
  • Identifying and pitching PR opportunities that exceed client-agreed project/campaign KPIs.
  • Developing interview briefings, press releases, personalized pitches, talent briefs, event run sheets, and Q&As.
  • Sourcing and identifying relevant sport and lifestyle influencer talent that is brand-fit.
  • Supporting integrated campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Preparing regular status and contact reports for clients.
  • Planning and supporting events, researchng and assembling media kits, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in sports and lifestyle media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong media relationships across sport, fitness, and general news/broadcast.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and social media skills.
  • Minimum 1+ years PR agency or in-house experience.
  • Highly organized with a rigorous attention to detail.
  • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

This role is based in Sydney, with flexibility to work from home and independently.
