Liaise with dispatch teams for efficient cost reduction while maintaining optimal service levels.

Ensure full knowledge and compliance with the Allocation Procedure Manual.

Improve processes consistently.

Duties may vary as required, based on your training and skills.

Be the primary contact for customers and employees.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and proficient in communicating with customers over the phone.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to convey information effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
