Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed coach to lead our youth soccer team, where fun and education meet on the field.

  • The ability to run soccer games and activities on a weekly basis
  • Strong behaviour management skills to maintain a fun and respectful environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills for planning and executing sessions

As a coach, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging experience for our young athletes. You will work closely with our team to deliver comprehensive on-the-job training and ensure that all coaches have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

You will also be involved in developing and implementing effective lesson plans, ensuring the highest level of safety and inclusivity for all participants.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality soccer sessions to children aged 5-12 years old

  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching or a similar role working with children
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to commit to regular weekend sessions and occasional weeknight events
