">This is a fixed-term contract opportunity (9 months) with possible extension.
">The Position:
- Lead process reviews and gap analysis on key HR processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards.
- Develop a best practice process library with templates and storage framework.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand needs and identify prioritized business process issues and inefficiencies.
- Map current and future business processes to ensure adoption of HR process best practices and identify areas for improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and re-engineering in People environments (7+ years).
- Understanding of HR business process industry best practices.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent (desirable).
- Ability to adopt a systematic approach to identify, analyze, and bring about improvement in existing business processes for simplification, efficiency, and optimization.
