Senior Financial Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Beaumont People. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, responsible budget management, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, monitoring and reporting on budget variances.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making around future and existing strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, maintaining strong internal controls and following industry best practices.
  • Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and CPA or CA certification.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial information and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • The successful candidate will need to be able to complete a satisfactory Police Check.
