As an integral member of our Liability Team, you'll be instrumental in crafting strategic partnerships between brokers and clients. Your expertise will translate into meaningful relationships, fostering renewal retentions and attracting new account opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate closely with the Liability Team Manager to drive business growth through innovative underwriting strategies

- Analyze industry trends, occupation-based risks, and market conditions to inform informed decision-making

- Uphold Gallagher's standards and guidelines for exceptional customer service and technical expertise

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as brokers, to secure new business opportunities and reinforce existing client loyalty

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of three years' experience in liability underwriting, showcasing your ability to navigate complex risk assessments and terms

- In-depth knowledge of Australian insurance regulations, ensuring seamless compliance and adherence to industry standards

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and optimize outcomes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, prioritizing mutual support and collective success
