Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Compas Pty Ltd. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough security threat and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Perform IRAP assessments of ICT designs and solutions to ensure compliance with Australian Government security frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure effective communication of complex security concepts.
  • Manage and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian Government security frameworks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in ICT system accreditation and security assessment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing complex projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in complex ICT environments, including cloud and cyber security projects.
  • A deep understanding of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).

Security Clearance:

  • Candidates must hold an Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) security clearance.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo the Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) before engagement.
