This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to disaster resilience efforts in NSW. As a strategic and agile leader, you will lead complex planning initiatives that strengthen disaster resilience across the state.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of governance frameworks and experience in managing governance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

You will drive cross-sector collaboration, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure strong governance frameworks underpin the program. This high-impact role involves leading the development of disaster adaptation plans, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder collaboration within defined scope, timelines, and policy compliance.

Key requirements for this role include proven experience in project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity, are essential. You will also need demonstrated ability to lead engagement initiatives and build trusted relationships.
