We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of disaster preparedness and resilience across our organisation and the wider community.
This is a unique opportunity to shape policy, influence strategic planning, and play a key role in community disaster engagement and emergency response initiatives.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with internal teams to embed resilience into policies, procedures, and service delivery while also engaging directly with the community to promote preparedness and recovery strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an all-hazards approach to disaster risk reduction.

- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including local emergency management committees, community organisations, and government agencies.
