Job Role

The Clinical Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of wards and units by delivering timely and accurate administrative services that assist the healthcare team in providing quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Nurses-in-Charge with rostering, payroll, recruitment, and reporting
  • Support patient care through accurate data entry and reporting
  • Manage ward stock, equipment, and maintenance coordination for the ward

This position requires the ability to work under broad supervision, working independently to undertake a diverse range of tasks. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent experience in a similar role
