Key Role: Supply Chain Optimization Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and overall logistics operations. This includes combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to optimize warehousing and transport activities.

  • Manage end-to-end 3PL operations, including warehousing and outbound transport
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with 3PL providers to ensure inventory accuracy and cost control
  • Monitor and improve logistics KPIs and cost-to-serve metrics
  • Lead warehouse operational initiatives, continuous improvement, and issue resolution
  • Ensure smooth execution of order fulfilment, returns, and stock movements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Care, Finance, Quality, Supply Planning, and Sales

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, with significant exposure to 3PL operations
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced warehouse and freight partners effectively
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in process improvement and cost control initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities
