We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customisation Technician to join our team at Ingenico Group. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our EFTPOS terminal services.
Key Responsibilities- Keyloading of EFTPOS terminals as per customer requirements
- Quality check of EFTPOS terminals to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Prepare QC passed terminals for dispatch to customers
- Perform general workshop tasks as required
- Ensure adherence to relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and Ingenico's WH&S policy
- Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and Ingenico's Environmental policy
- Follow all procedures and policies of the Quality Management System applicable to your position
- Repair Services tasks such as screening and cleaning
- Attend and participate in team activities, meetings, and day-to-day work activities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good time management and ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Relevant tertiary qualification or Warehouse and/or Technical Service Centre experience
- Experience in a Level 1 & Level 2 repair/warehousing/distribution/logistics environment
- Contribute to health and safety at work by identifying, reporting, and controlling hazards and promptly reporting incidents
- Comply with all applicable company policies
- A favourable Police Check and other background checks are required
- Comply with company policies and procedures in relation to Information security and confidentiality
