About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customisation Operator to join our team at Ingenico Group. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our EFTPOS terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyloading of EFTPOS terminals as per customer requirements
  • Quality check of EFTPOS terminals to ensure compliance with customer specifications
  • Prepare and dispatch QC-passed terminals to customers
  • Perform general workshop tasks and repair services, including screening and cleaning
  • Act in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and Ingenico's WH&S policy
  • Contribute to the development of our Quality Management System

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new skills
  • Experience in a Level 1 & Level 2 repair / warehousing / distribution / logistics environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or Warehouse and/or Technical Service Centre experience
