The Position
This expanding litigation team is in search of a proactive and personable Legal Secretary to become part of their successful Litigation division. Engaging with clients nationwide, you will be exposed to a diverse range of litigation issues, including construction, finance, and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Assisting with client inquiries
- File organization (both digital and physical)
- Drafting court and tribunal documents
- Composing correspondence to plaintiffs, defendants, barristers, and other parties
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or legal secretary
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accurate typing skills
