The Organization

The Position

This expanding litigation team is in search of a proactive and personable Legal Secretary to become part of their successful Litigation division. Engaging with clients nationwide, you will be exposed to a diverse range of litigation issues, including construction, finance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management
  • Assisting with client inquiries
  • File organization (both digital and physical)
  • Drafting court and tribunal documents
  • Composing correspondence to plaintiffs, defendants, barristers, and other parties

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or legal secretary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accurate typing skills
