AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the Litigation Partner and lawyers in our dynamic litigation team.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will relish the variety and challenge of:

  • Attending to new client enquiries and booking appointments;
  • Liaising with existing clients, solicitors, and third parties;
  • Dictaphone typing letters and court documents;
  • Preparing and collating briefs to barristers;
  • Managing the firm's precedents;
  • Diary management;
  • General administration and filing.

Requirements

We are interested in hearing from you if you have:

  • 2-10+ years of experience in a legal secretarial/administration role in a law firm;
  • Supported litigation lawyers (preferable);
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong computer literacy;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines.
