Retail HR Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced HR professional to join our Australian retail team. We are seeking a talented individual to be the backbone of our retail HR operations, handling everything from talent scouting to recruitment to payroll and everything in between.

  • Champion of Employee Relations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (with HR Major)
  • AHRI or CIPD Certification preferred; ongoing continued professional development to stay current with HR employment regulations and best practices expected
  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required, preferably in a retail or other fast-paced dynamic sales-oriented organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices, within a retail environment
