About the Role
We are currently seeking a Retail Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and emergency response at one of our retail locations.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality security and customer service
- Conducting guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling of designated premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm activations, and requests for assistance while providing necessary support
- Evaluating and addressing situations that pose a risk
- Managing access control
- Writing incident reports and maintaining data logs
Work Schedule
Fixed roster hours per week:
- Monday and Tuesday: 17:00 to 22:30
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 15:45 to 22:30

- Valid Security License
