About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our retail sites located in the Central West.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
Rostered Hours
The successful candidate will work a fixed roster of 31.25 hours per week, with shifts on Monday and Tuesday from 17:00 to 22:30, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 15:45 to 22:30.

- Current Security License
- Control Room License – Highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
