About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly professional and skilled Retail Security Officer to join our team at one of our retail sites in the Central West. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response, as well as guarding, patrolling, and monitoring assigned premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
- Assessing and responding to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
Rostered Hours
Fixed roster - 31.25 hours per week.
Monday and Tuesday
17:00 to 22:30
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
15:45 to 22:30

- Current Security License
- Control Room License - Highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
