Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Ancillary Diesel Fitters with experience in operating cranes to fill positions at one of our mine sites located in the highlands of Papua New Guinea.

The selected candidate will work a roster of 21 days on, followed by 14 days off. Day shift only will be considered for this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Equipment experience is preferred:
    • Franna, Humma, Tadano, Liebherr and Demag Cranes
    • Haulotte/JLG EWPs and Scissor Lifts
    • Bulk Emulsion Vehicles
    • Tilt Trays, Garbage Compactors & Vac Trucks
  • Ability to work in challenging conditions
  • Willingness to mentor the national workforce to assist with further developing their skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a multinational team environment
  • Understanding cultural respect and awareness
  • A genuine commitment to safety
Requirements
  • Hold a current Passport (with at least 12 months validity)
  • Pass a medical examination and an Australian Federal Police Clearance
