We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients, providing support with daily living activities, personal care, and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs, including showering, grooming, and medication management.
- Provide transport and social support for activities, appointments, and shopping.
- Perform light household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with complex needs or behavioral challenges.
- Help clients develop life skills, like cooking, dressing, and using public transport.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress after each service.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel and client transport.
- National Police Certificate (required) and Working with Children Check (as applicable).
