Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for owning and managing the entire payroll process, guaranteeing precision and adherence to relevant laws.
  • Apply your expertise in award and EBA matters to ensure accurate entitlements and maintain audit-ready payroll records.
  • Respond to payroll queries with clarity and confidence, fostering trust across the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end activities.
  • Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
  • Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements that drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • You must have proven experience in payroll processing within Australia.
  • Show strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
