Job Title: Senior Test Director

Job Description:

  • Assume a senior leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for Core Banking, Digital Platforms, Payments, and Cards & Acquiring domains.
  • Utilize expertise in quality assurance, testing strategy, and delivery leadership to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of experience in banking and financial services with specialization in testing strategy and delivery leadership.
  • Expertise in leading senior test leadership roles such as Test Director and Portfolio Test Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing testing across multi-vendor environments, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
  • Ability to deliver enterprise releases involving multiple projects and applications while ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal risk.
