Job Title: Home Support Workers Inner West Sydney
About the RoleWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers. In this role, you will be working with older people in their own homes, providing essential support and care.
As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that cater to the social, physical, and emotional needs of our clients. This may include tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, transport, social support, community participation, and group activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Support clients with social interactions and community participation
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support Aged Care
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience working with frail aged people, people with dementia, and complex needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
