Job Opportunity: Expert Practice Leadership

This role involves delivering expert leadership on engaging children and young people, assessing risk and needs for the infant, child, young person and family.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading practice, training, educating and consulting across multiple agencies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for career stability and growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with children and young people in a family violence context.
  • A strong understanding of the drivers/causes of family violence and child and family vulnerability.
  • Ability to lead practice within complex service delivery contexts, particularly multi-disciplinary and multi-agency approaches.

Requirements:

  • Professional clinical experience and relevant qualification(s) in social work, psychology or a related discipline.
  • A Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential.
