**Job Description:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies to drive collection and recycling value chain transformation for Liquid Packaging Cartons (LPCs) in Australia.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including waste management companies, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), and recyclers, to establish LPCs recycling value chains.
  • Identify investment opportunities in collection and sorting infrastructure, propose operational plans, and define required resources to achieve long-term ambitions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead the execution of collection and sorting investment projects, working closely with relevant stakeholders to deliver targeted results.
  2. Manage large-scale strategic projects, such as co-investment initiatives with MRFs or recyclers, following internal processes and guidelines.
  3. Ensure compliance with recycling regulations and targets applicable in Australia.
  4. Represent the company in industry associations related to sustainability, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the waste collection and recycling industry, with a strong understanding of local packaging policies and existing networks of stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and project management skills to engage partners and drive priorities.
  • A self-starter with passion for collection and recycling, demonstrated experience in strategy planning, and turning strategy into action.
